All of our prices are per week & inclusive of Florida State & tourist taxes.

Pool and spa heat (if required) is charged at £pound;84/$150 per week. For the 3 and 4 bed villas.

Pool Heating at Sunrise Villa is £pound;105 a week / $180 a week.

We recommend that from October - March the pool heating should be on for 8 hours per day & a pool cover should be placed on at night to help retain the heat.

A non refundable Booking deposit of £200 / $300 payable at time of booking.

A Security deposit of £250 / $350 is required which will be refunded approx 7 days after departure when management company have confirmed that the property remains in good order.

For stays of less than 7 nights there will be a cleaning fee of $95.

The balance must be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival on your villa holiday.

These prices are for villa rental, not per person.
